Social button Posted in: ionMag Post count: 8 AndrewRusinas #3793 July 30, 2017 at 10:27 am How to add a custom code to the share section under the post? Post count: 153 Simion C. #3798 July 31, 2017 at 10:55 am Hi, You could edit the post template file. Either loop-single or loop-single-1, depending on the post template you are using. There you can see the post structure and insert the custom code below the post bottom sharing. Like in this example – https://www.screencast.com/t/xpM3iHDLgQ6 – https://www.screencast.com/t/EFySFK9z4 Thanks Post count: 8 AndrewRusinas #3826 August 2, 2017 at 9:39 pm Thank you. But I want to replace the twitter button with my own. Post count: 153 Simion C. #3834 August 3, 2017 at 1:29 pm Hi, The theme post sharing is found in this file – http://prntscr.com/g3vwm9 There is a top sharing section and a bottom sharing in the same file. Make the modifications you want there. Thanks Post count: 8 AndrewRusinas #3903 August 9, 2017 at 9:19 am Thank you, that’s what I was looking for, but my custom button doesn’t appear anyway (even if I just copy-paste existing row of code (facebook for example)) 🙁 Post count: 153 Simion C. #3920 August 10, 2017 at 11:19 am Hi, That depends on the implementation required for the social button you are trying to insert. If you want to add a different social please check for solutions online. Like this for example for Twitter – http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-the-official-twitter-follow-button-in-wordpress/ It could be easier to maybe install a plugin that has the option to display more social icons, if you need this.
