WP Pro Real Estate 7 is a premium WordPress theme dedicated to real estate agents, brokers, holding managers, residential developers, and rental websites. This template was created in August 2015 by Contempo Inc, an Envato Elite author, with helpful tools like advanced search and maps, many layout options and specific features related to the industry.
Design
WP Pro Real Estate 7 is flexible and comes with an elegant design. The theme is created to behave the same on all devices using the responsive and retina ready layout. With the full width or boxed apparel you can easily create a real estate agency, a listings portal, a vacations rental site like Airbnb, a site for apartment rentals, and listing landing page sites. If you don’t want to start building your website from scratch, you can choose one of the three demos that come bundled with the theme and just add your content.
The theme comes with over 20 pre-made pages templates like Brokerage, Favorite Listings, IDX, Sitemap, Full Width and more. The template comes with 6 style choices for the header area, with the possibility to display the listing search, or to behave sticky. As for the footer section, there are no predefined layouts, but you can add a background image, custom text, and widgets. When you want to build a new post, you can customize extra options related to the above the fold area, title & subtitle, slider, video and use the Featured Image as a header background.
Using the WP Pro Real Estate 7 template you can use a list, minimal or standard grid layout to style your listings. In the Theme Options panel, there are detailed property settings, these refer to layout, brokerage names, currency, icons, text, the number of results per page, multi-floor plan or pricing fields. One of the amazing features this theme has is the possibility to add floor plans and the Virtual Tour Support which present the item in a 360 degrees view. WP Pro Real Estate 7 comes with child property listing options. Using this template you can assign multiple agents for each listing individually.

Some of the settings are also present in the Customizer list, on the frontend. With this kind of management, you can see the property details and adjust to your liking.
The main functionality of this theme is given by the drag and drop page builder, Visual Composer plugin. Counting on the users’ needs, with WP Pro Real Estate 7 you can customize pages on the backend or the frontend. You decide which is the faster and efficient method! With CT Testimonials, Search, Tabs, Social, Agent Info and 12 more widgets, the left or right sidebar will deliver an impressive visual appealing.
WP Pro Real Estate 7 comes with the premium Visual Composer and Revolution Slider plugins and give the website the powerful functionality it needs. The author came up with the Contempo Mortgage Calculator Widget and Contempo Real Estate Custom Posts plugins.
This template was tested with the WPML plugin, and the result is that they are compatible and your website will work properly if you use several languages. Data feeds like IDX Broker, iHomefinder or dsIDXPress compatible plugins allow users to search the latest industry items and updates about them. Also, this real estate product comes RTL ready.

Performance
We have tested the WP Pro Real Estate 7’s default demo on different page speed tests, and the content loads with a medium speed.
Downsides
The included plugins give most of the theme’s functionality. For example, you can use a booking and reviews systems, but only by installing some plugins. This operation could slow down your website.
The documentation is less detailed than expected, but it comes with explicit screenshots and video tutorials.
