Hi, i have a problem with td composer!
Before I thought that the IonMag theme wasn’t update. But, after update theme, this issue has not risolved.
Infact, when I try to delete a block (drag and drop or click on trash can) the screen became dark but remaine in this state for a lot of time. I try to delete the plugin and reinstall, to change only the request in system status but nothing. How can i fix this issue? Furthermore, after theme update, the td composer doesn’t see on google chrome
and I’m forced to work in Explorer.

I do something wrong?

Hi,

Sorry for the delay. Blocks can be deleted by clicking on the delete icon, like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/lmA4kPn2
Rows will have to be dragged to the bottom right of the page

More information about using the composer here
https://www.wpion.com/members/tagdiv-composer-overview/
So simply edit the page in question with the tagDiv composer and delete the block you want.

Thanks

Hi, thank you for the answer!
The problem, as I said before, is in this functions…I know how use Td composer and how delete block, but I can’t delete anything with the icon of trash or with drag and drop in the elimination area down on right.
I send you 2 images for help me to explain my problems:

It’s possible that using the free version of IonMag theme, cause this problems?

Hi,

It is not related to the fact that you are using the free theme version. The composer works properly in both versions.
There are a few things you can try. Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the WordPress and server parameters mentioned in this guide
https://www.wpion.com/members/system-status/
You could ask your hosting provider to make these changes for you, they might have a recommended method in this matter. Then check if the issue is solved.
Additionally try deactivating all plugins except theme plugins, and clear any caching installed. This will rule out potential plugin conflicts.
The general theme requirements are mentioned here
https://www.wpion.com/members/ionmag-requirements/

Thanks
